Call in details will be in your inbox. *Share the chapter scholarship info with a friend, teacher, guidance counselor, or local Rattler on or headed to the Hill. The application deadline is April 15th. *Get your ticket for the Jazz Brunch celebrating the Charlotte Area Chapter's 30TH anniversary. Ticket sales end on 4/21, but only limited quantities are available. * Pick your best three golf buddies and sign up to play in our 26th Annual Golf For Youth tournament happening on April 29th. If you don't golf, recruit a golfer. If you don't know any golfers, sponsor a hole. If you can't sponsor a hole (even if you can), SHARE THE FLYER! *REGISTER FOR YOUR FAMU CAR TAG! President’s message:

Greetings Rattler FAMUly & Friends,

Welcome to the website of the Charlotte Area Chapter of the FAMU NAA!

As we enter the chapter's 30th year of existence, many things have changed but so many things have remained the same. Our primary goals continue to be:

  • Uplift the image of our beloved FAMU in our area

  • Help recruit the best and brightest students

  • Be recognized as leaders and difference-makers in the community

As our membership has grown over the years, so has our commitment to increasing our impact to those we come in contact with. To whom much is giving...much is required. We have been blessed with so much so it is our mission to give back where we can. There is a lot that has been accomplished but there is more for us to do. We work hard but we also take time to celebrate our milestones as well.

All that we have been able to accomplish is due to the tremendous support from our alumni, family and friends. Please reach out and get engaged with us during our multiple events and activities. You'll be glad you did.
