We are supporting Rattler Earlena Boswell’s school by volunteering to read, speak, or engage with students during Black History Month.
Steps to Participate:
1. Review your availability for any day during the month
2. Complete the volunteer interest form

Steps to Participate:
1. Sign up for the Tuesday, Feb 24th 10–12PM slot (CLT FAMU Rattlers Volunteers - Book Processing Group) and sign the liability waiver
2. Arrive ready to sort and prepare books for distribution

Each individual must sign up in the Promising Pages system, since the process includes signing their liability waiver. This also makes sure that everyone will receive a reminder email with parking instructions.

Promising Pages is a Charlotte-based nonprofit that provides books to under-resourced children to build home libraries and foster a love of reading. Their work helps address local “book deserts” and close the literacy gap through book distribution and literacy partnerships.
